Do you deliver order wherever the customer wants?
Yes. Whatever order we deliver on behalf of Norwaypleasure, we make sure to send it to the customer’s address. We hand over the parcel safely to the customer and ensure that he has received it. The delivery address, however, should be correct so that we can deliver the order without any delay. We never leave our parcels at the doorstep.

How long do you take to deliver orders throughout Norway?
The delivery time is same for all cities in Norway. It takes 5 to 7 business days to make an order delivery in any city in Norway. No matter where you are in Norway, your order will be right on time. Since we work with reputed courier service providers, we never fail to deliver orders when promised unless there is any unavoidable circumstance.

Can I cancel an order?
Yes, you can always cancel an order at Norwaypleasure. For this, you will have 48 hours to cancel an order. Just in case you are not able to cancel within this period of time, we will not take up the cancellation request. Prior to cancellation, you can always contact our sales executives and have a chat. He will assist you with the process.
